Kristian 47 Posted February 20, 2010 Not sure if you understand. In some WIP photos, I see someone has sort of a image in O2, and he has it behind the model, so he can accuratelly place and move polygons. I really dont know how to explain it any better... like this: http://www.armaholic.com/pfs.php?m=view&v=4-0_211ba_a26caaf9_xl.jpg.gif But in O2, and in model editing.. Please help?
[aps]gnat 28 Posted February 20, 2010 (edited) - Turn the "picture" into a TGA - In O2, create a single plane, size bigger than your model. - Map the TGA onto the plane - Bingo, you can see it in Buldozer Create several planes at different angles to each other to create the (3) different views The plane will be invisible with viewing from the other side, so to create a "picture" you can see from both sides; - Copy plane - Paste - press "W" to reverse the face If you just mean in O2 and not in Buldozer ..... not so easy. Only way I know is to leave the "picture" texture loaded/displayed during the mapping process. You have to then only use the cursor keys to move and the + and - key to zoom, otherwise the texture doesn't maintain scale. i.e. using the mouse-scroll zoom will not affect the texture.
