ShooterSix 0 Posted January 23, 2010 First of all, I feel Bohemia is improving mission design and atmosphere with campaigns like EW. Here is my question, and it contains spoilers. You are obviously "rescued" by Spetnatz, by why do they kill their own soldiers in battle? We enter a harbor town and they just light up fellow Russian soldiers like nothing. Am I missing a plot point?
Starforce21 10 Posted January 23, 2010 From memory they are shooting Chedaki, the rebels.
ShooterSix 0 Posted January 23, 2010 No, there are Chedaki, guerillas, and Russians all fighting in the town.
mpatton 10 Posted January 23, 2010 Basically, since no one knows what's going on, it becomes every man for himself. So yes, you kill "friendlies," but frankly they're not so friendly at the moment.
xPaveway 10 Posted January 25, 2010 Dude, a nuclear bomb goes off, radios are down, no communication lines, everyone's freaking out. When your former comrades start shooting at you, time to shoot back. Clearly not everyone was against each other though, since your little band of troops didn't shoot each other.
