More specifics on 'Negative....' responses

It would be good to have the AI say WHY they can't perform certain tasks. For example, I kept commanding numerous pilots to enter a chopper away from us on the map. Each one acknowledged, but then said they couldn't.... and I wasn't sure what the deal was.

I finally went to the chopper myself and tried piloting it, only to find that it had critical damage. So, it made sense why they wouldn't fly it... but only now that I actually KNEW what this issue was. I wish they would say (in this case), 'Copter is too damaged' or something like that.

(Of course, there's also the question of how some of them would know that, without even going to it, but then it gets really messy... so I'm okay with them 'just knowing' and saying why they can't follow through'.

yes, this would be nice! There's a lot of times when the AI tell me they can't do something but I have no idea why
