Where to find?

Where do you find and/or how do you access the config files for Arma 2, i.e. being able to adjust vehicle HUD and FOV, to be able to edit ond mod the game for your personal offline use? I am new to Arma 2 but have done some modding in the past with Fallout 3. I just need some direction as to where to find the files so I can tinker with them myself. Thank you for any assistance.
