Stuck at downloading mission

I've just put a mildly modded Domination on my server, but I get problems when I try to join it.

It gets stuck at the downloading mission file part at zero. If I escape backwards and look from the MP server browser, it's status is setting up. If I try to join at this stage, I just stuck at waiting for host.

I've got another Domination on there that works fine, as do other missions.

What could cause this behaviour? Could a coding mistake like a mission semicolon cause this? Is it my hamfisted coding? :)
