SoulSkorpion 10 Posted December 20, 2009 I've been trying out the demo lately, and every time has ended with this problem. For no apparent reason, the screen goes to stand-by mode. The length of time before this happens varies and doesn't seem to be related to anything I'm doing in game. My video card is a shiny new XFX ATI HD 4870 (I got it less than a week ago), with drivers off the XFX website. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

SoulSkorpion 10 Posted December 20, 2009 Manually setting the fan to 100% keeps the temperature to around 80-85 and the game runs ok. Why it wasn't deciding to boost the fan itself is beyond me. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
