Hi all,

Thanks to references gave me by Caprera I'll try to improve the realism of the Italian SOF units in the next release :) .

As said above I think there will be no models change, but at least texture improvement in order to reach the most realistic result as possible...as soon as weaponry and gear used by in game USMC FR is pretty similar to the ones issued to Italian SOF .

so first changing :) :

- after web search it seems Italian SF are issued by "multicam" gear and "multiland " uniforms ... so thats the new gear :) :

I'm releasing the version 1.02 of my Italian SOF .

I changed some textures and adapted the gear camo due to realism reasons, many thanks to Caprera that gave me a lot of reference pics :) .

This is the changelog of version 1.02:

-Improved winter "vegetata" textures with dedicated faces and hood(white).

tested:gis is quite perfect(damn the flag on arms....),the textures look good now,much better than before...I had a nice fight on duala against rebels,lot of immersion for me with gis and goi

I've reworked the "multiland" and "multicam" textures , and I've to say I'm really happy with this new textures...they look to me really similar to the real ones.

This time I'll try to upload the new file on filefront too, in order to avoid problems on rapidshare.

but I want to know what do you think about them....before the new release!
