Add On Compilation for more Realism and Immersion

Hello fellow community!

I´d like to start a thread which is similar to this one:

There is already a lot of stuff that actually improves the game's immersion, but the time to search for all these in the MOD-threads may push off new users..

How about it?

Doing this will also be helpful to identify, which mods cooperate, obsolete each other oder don't work together...

My recommendations so far...

ACE, ZEUS AI, JTD Smoke, WAR FX, RH weapons (which is already in ACE), Mando Missiles, FNC ballistics and Scopes, SLX wounds module (ACE wound module has yet to be released at the time of this posting.), INKO disposable weapon

Yes, so are the RH weapons. I am just listing them for people who don't run ACE.

Well as like the old thread, list ace its own conversion category, because it has to be listed as its a mainstay.

But Id add :

CBA - Community Based Addon - <<<< Without this your lost :)

VOP soundmod (its also modular so big thumbs up)

GTD HDR mod - in game HDR settings menu (game save friendly in SP!)

Victors FPS (VFFPS) monitor addon (a must for frame rate checking and dynamic view distance for performance).

Scopes And Ballistics addon.

Chernarus Map Retexture .. satellite surface map re-texture, pure SP eye candy.

"Wizz" bullet wizz blur/screen effect addon

GUI rework (the white cream addon - name escapes me)

And the new team Icons addon (cant remember name either).

NIMS weather module

Copy My Stance Mod .. forces copy my stance and works like a dream, with menu options for switching on/off.

Pistolfied Tracers - Tracers, with full config settings.

FLIR Mod - Adds Flir to selected vehicles

VFAI Mod - Ai auto reload/pick up/drop from weapons on map & use smoke grenades, all switchable with menu.

ACE is very convinient. You don't have to run around and search for 100 addons for a mission. Just use this addon pack for a mission, everybody will have it because they must have it as a whole. And everything is balanced as good as possible within the mod itself. Different mods can have different settings.

Simply use Yoma Arma Addonsync2009.

Go to default servers, and download ClanBase AAS Addon Pack!

The addon pack improves various aspects of the game, like

•sound replacements

•GUI improvements
