missing folder x\addons\main\scrpit_macros_common.hpp

ok i was cleaning up, deleting things like caa1 mod and there was a folder called X and i could have swore it was a folder for caa1 and i deleted it and now the game wont start and after reinstalling the problem is still not fixed..... is there way way to get this folder?
