Billy Bones 0 Posted December 12, 2009 Can someone tell me the best settings for my HD5770 1gb card , as in Anti Aliasing and other settings = Performance to High Quality on the card to get the best out of the game. Thanks ..
Fudgeblood 10 Posted December 12, 2009 Your other specs might help.. And couldn't you just play around in-game to find what's best?

An Fiach 10 Posted December 14, 2009 As Fudgeblood said, better to figure out on your own. Every system seems to handle the game differently.
cm. 10 Posted December 14, 2009 the "3D resolution" makes a huge difference on the visual quality of the game, but comes with a massive performance penalty.
S-M 10 Posted December 14, 2009 Install the latest beta patch before you start tinkering with graphics settings IMHO It will save you a world of pain in hunting down what is causing a problem :)
Billy Bones 0 Posted December 15, 2009 Beta patch ? so there is another patch after 1.04 ? could you point me to it as there are loads of patches out there ..
zoog 18 Posted December 15, 2009 http://www.arma2.com/beta-patch.php After installing the latest one (top of page), be sure to start the game with the Beta Patch shortcut which is in the root folder of your ArmA 2 installation. In other words: you can still play the game in 1.04 (with your regular shortcut) and in the beta patch version (with the beta shortcut).
