Help with CPBO

Hey I ran CPBO, made it apply to all PBO files and nothng has happened. It does not give me the the option to extract anything. Same with ARMAPBO. Nothing is working or extracting. Can anyone give me a quick runthrough or tutorial? Thanks

After associating the program with pbo files, did you try double-clicking a pbo file? :)
