How to make a vehicle have a gunner but not a driver?

place an empty vehicle, name it for example veh1

place a soldier with this in its init: this moveingunner veh1

Keep in mind, though, that an AI in an immobile vehicle will normally disembark.

I placed an AI in HMMWV avenger to protect airbase, and he didnt bail, also my AI didnt bail in A1 or OFP:R :p
