Welcome to the forums. The thread title is supposed to be for the topic of your thread, not for your name. ;)

As for disabling motion blur, you need to set "post processing" to disabled.

Judging by the thread title this thread was to include info about TheDuke1066, I am dissapoint.

There are mods to disable motion blur, or just turn down Post Processing.

Moving to Troubleshooting section. Also changed the thread title to more appropriate.

2.4 GHz is not as powerful as you call it

if you wanna run game smooth:

> options> graphic >advanced

turn off posteffects

terrain details give some FPS

look at filling , 100% best picture

look at shadows options and etc.

your CPU may be very fast when it comes to business use , multiple functions etc., but if game use only one core (like Arma1) or 2 cores , than you have no bonus from extra 2 cores more

people using Arma1 with 3GHZ one core had better effects than people with dual cores advertised as 3000 , i had AMD 3200 as i remember (dual core in 2006) and i had not good performance cause core was 2.2 GHz

but away from cores number

enter advanced graphics options
