Dedicated server and Domination startup question

I have a server running domination but cant figure out how to start at 3:00am and choose different random tasks. I see where server.cfg asks for parameter 1 and 2, can someone give me an example of what to put in there?

In description.ext..

titleParam2 = "Time of day:";

You can also change those params at the mission start up screen via the drop downs (as long as you are logged in as admin).
