Claw - sp mission

hai guys!:D:D

Just finished my first release ever!!! :yay:

I have been toying with the editor since OpF, and havent finished a single mission until now:p In this mission you play as a spetsnaz soldier that has to sweep Krasnostav and destroy a mortar base.

Since this is my first release i would really appreciate feedback a'la too hard, too easy, bugs, suggestions etc..

I also intend to make this mission larger in the future, so i will update it when i get some good ideas;)

A very good mission.

What is the custom music you used?, its good, I very much enjoyed the halo jump with that playing.

Having trouble downloading fella, the armaholic links both seem to be down & the fileplanet one didnt want to play either!

fileplanet works like a charm for me trickster, dont know whats causing that... but armaholic is changing servers or something like that, and i dont know when its up again.

thanks mitch, the music im not sure about, its just called track14 on my computer:P cant remember where i got it...

I like that fog effect! Was that just from ArmA 2 or something else?

copy paste from the Delaying the bear mission from red harvest:p thought it looked better in daylight. anyone got anything to say about it being too hard, to easy, buggy etc..? would really appreciate some feedback since this is my first release:D

Seems a good mission, although I keep getting zapped by the mortars as soon as I clear the first checkpoint!is there a spotter or the enemy UAV that zeros in on your team?

When your spotted by the enemy the artillery is called in, its important to keep moving. This kind of simulates that the enemy is shitscared of you and want you to die in a big explosion. You have been warned.

One thing I will suggest actually, make one of the team a medic! Its annoying in any arma 2 mission where one of your team gets wounded early on & you have to listen to him complaining & groaning for the entire mission

yeah, but it isnt possible to make a spetsnaz medic without changing the config stuff, so i would have to make a addon for that. but as another solution i could place a field hospital at a cdf position.

Ah right I see, i havent really dabbled with the editor so didnt know if it was possible. A field hospital would be good though, maybe in the town where the guard post is?
