Soldier names

Well, Ive noticed than when I place out some solders in the editor, run through my mission and end up getting one of my soldiers killed, their full name is displayed in the statistics screen. How can I set those names in the editor? Say I want my squad leader to be named "Bob Smith", how would I do it?

Wouldn't you just double click on them in editor and set name field? Or were they the Force Recon guys...O'Hara, Rodriguez etc.

If you want them named like that you would have to edit the config and change US_Soldier_SL to Bob_Smith
