Mission.sqm help

Hey all, I mucked around in my Mission.sqm to get my Playable Characters to line up correctly in the Multiplayer Character Select screen. Now when I try to load my mission in the editor n stuff I CTD and get an error saying something about a missing } in line 3236 or something. I found that line and there is a } in that spot at the VERY end of the mission.sqm. I even checked it against other working missions and the } is in the same exact spot on both mission.sqm's. I didn't even mess around with that line, just editing some of the positions of the characters. I will post my mission.sqm here if anyone can help me, i'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

Thanks! I fixed that up real quick, but I am still getting the same error. It says :

When i used Chrises ArmA Edit note-pad type thingy it shows me that line and the } is there... i am confused........

Anyone else have any ideas? I worked on this mission for like 7 hours yesterday, I really don't wanna lose all that time.... I've gone over it multiple more times and I just do not know where things went wrong with it..... any help is GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!

I tried the sqm in the editor with the one added }; kylania noted.

works fine. Looks like an exciting beginning with the c130 too :)

best way I know to track down such issues is to delete sections and test trial and error (remember to backup first!!)

Don't know what armaedit can do, but notepad++ highlights {}, [] and () and if one is missing it turns red when selected. It's freeware and very popular.

It's odd that it worked for you. The version he sent me was missing another one down after the modules. Glad it's working for everyone though. :)

Maybe upload the mission.sqm at some file hoster so we can download and take a look into it.

And next time... make backup before playing with the mission.sqm. :p
