max007 10 Posted August 18, 2009 Hi, Love the game - despite the bugs - but the main frustration that is driving me mad is THE MAD LOAD TIMES from a Saved position on Dogs Of War. It can take up to 10 minutes! Usually the load time is only a minute or so, but this mission is driving me nuts. Anyone else experience this? Please can anyone help? jakerod 254 Posted August 18, 2009 I think it is probably because there is so much going on on the map. There are a lot of scripts running and things like that. Potatomasher 0 Posted August 18, 2009 Dogs of war is the most brutal performance killer of the Red Harvest campaign. I tried everything from lowering details to lowest possible and still i didn't get any more fps. It was about 10 the whole mission no matter high or low details and that tells me that the engine is at this point bugged. max007 10 Posted August 19, 2009 Thanks Guys, I got right up to killing the spetsnaz then I returned to base. I made the mistake of trying to build a defense structure and then the game has just CRASHED !!! AGGGGGHHHH!!! OK I'm calm now!! I will have to repeat the whole mission - load times and all. (Still I will be able to keep an eye on my Night Vision Goggles this time! I'm playing on a 3 year old Athlon and thought the game probably needed an i7 Processor?
