cant get any servers listed for multiplayer!

just wondering guys, ever since i updated through steam i cant see any servers when i go to multiplayer. I was told this was just a server patch that would come 24-30 hrs after. Its been over 34 hours now and still no servers listed in multi player. I heard other people already playing multi-p online with version 1.03. IF so, how come i cant? IS this cause i have this game from steam? when is this going to be working again?

Does it show 1.03 in your main menu of the game?
