Mysterious_Mr_M 10 Posted August 5, 2009 well when i start up the game i get a black screen while i can hear the menu music. i have a Nvidia GTS 250 with 190.38 driver version. it look to me that like the game tries to use a resolution or frame rate that is not compatible with my monitor. the max resolution on my screen is 1280x960 at 60 hertz. maybe it tries to run it at 1280x1024... who knows. does anybody know how to fix this? Tintee 10 Posted August 5, 2009 If that is whats happening then go into MyDocuments/ArmA 2 and open the ArmA2 cfg file with notepad.Then just edit the Resolution_W= and the Resolution_H= to the required values.Also set refresh=60; if needed If this doesn`t help then it could be a codec problem with the intro clip.Not too sure on that but you could be missing codecs.
