I'm a very busy person, so much like the rest posting here I cannot commit to a clan's schedule, but seem to think this may be a more lax and available way to play MP for a guy like me. I would love some more information! I'm an old OFP addict who's just recently got back into BI after predicting the OFPDR debacle we are now witnessing firsthand. I am reasonably well versed in various tactics, am an above average rotary/fixed wing pilot, have a mic/TS/Vent and have an extremely mature approach to the game as a whole. I have completely avoided the multiplayer aspect of Arma II thus far, as I am less than not at all interested in playing "public" servers w/ the "public" players, but am definitely interested in a more organized approach. Either Coop or PvP/TvT is cool with me. We are the 105th special tactics squad. We currently play no run tactical cod 4 and cod waw servers and we have 1 Arma II server that we are trying to get going. But join in with a laid back team if you dont want to get into it too hard like with Captain Bravo here. They dont play Domination and they are a bunch of good lads. Most teams/clans/groups/casuals doesnt play Domination. Thats why many form clans as well - to get away from the pubs where you never know if there will be teamwork etc. So dont give up but start making some contact with people. To get the most out of Arma2, you need to find a private group, be it ultra serious or more laid back, either one, will be better than the childish immature crowd that are all over public servers. Infantry combat (Company level) in Afghansta like map. AI calls mortars against your side and has tactical moves on map. Vimeo Clips of mission: http://vimeo.com/9758733 The Hunt. PvP coop. A coop group is hunted by human enemy who controls AI squads. Can a human be tougher than AI commander? Brave enough to find out? :) Devils Castle. Mission we get most requests for. A coop mission. Behind enemy lines (like many other missions) Only difference, the AI is very aggressive and will utilize KILLER DOGS to track you down. Also enemy has working flash light to aid in their hunt .. along with a few other surprises ;) Team play is a must to finish this mission. Some alchole has been shown to help sometimes too! All missions be it PvP or coop are meant to be fun (with a little tension and stress ocassionally!) So if this sounds like your cup of tea and you can join us this Sun, drop me a note. Cheers.
