  1. Running CO (ArmA 2 & OA) I can see the baseball as a placeholder.
  2. Also experiencing the same problem w/ the 3d placement. Used to just be able to roll the mouse wheel up for a little bit and the unit/vehicle would appear from below the surface in v1.52, but now I roll and roll and roll and the unit never shows in v1.53. Also seeing the same quick flash of the unit upon using the "x" feature, only to see it disappear immediately. Rolling the mouse wheel up is no longer fixing this problem in v1.53... anyone else??
  3. Essentially what it boiled down to was I could take damage and be killed, but my friend could not. Neither myself, nor any enemies including native BIS characters could inflict any damage on him at all. *EDIT* Issue resolved - He was running GL4 on top of ACE... the wounding system of GL4 must have been the culprit!
  4. Was testing with a buddy of mine earlier today, and noticed that for some reason he could not be killed or even injured? Spawned enemies would engage and hit him, but he would not take any damage. Even when one I would shoot him, he would not take any damage. I, on the other hand, could both take damage as well as be killed. Any ideas? ACE was running for both of us while testing.

  6. It'd be great to be able to define a specific altitude range for aircraft in flight to maintain in order to implement HALO insertions or high-level bombing runs. Also, maybe you could integrate a more reliable landing script for MV-22 for insertions/extractions?
  7. How do you actually spawn the 3d-placed characters in the new system? I can rotate, raise/lower, but cannot seem to find out how to actually spawn the unit. Excuse my ignorance lol. *EDIT* Figured it out... for those that don't know, it's the "C" key. Thanks for the new system L'etranger... much improved and highly useful!!!
  8. Has anyone else been experiencing issues with the revive feature in VTS affecting ACE feature functionality? It seems as though lately whenever a player is killed and then revived the ACE menus will not come up, as well as all ACE Rucksack functionality breaking and effectively become inoperable. Anyone know if there is a fix for this?
  9. Anyone else experiencing issues w/ the "Patrol Buildings" command? I haven't nailed down the exact time it takes, but if I create a group of soldiers w/ the Patrol Buildings command, they will execute the command and spread out to occupy the surrounding buildings, but then after a certain amount of time (>5-10min for sure I'd say) they stop patrolling the buildings and simply stack up in formation back where I originally created the group, almost as if they have completed the patrol command and have returned to their originally spawned position. Is there anything I'm doing wrong or a way to correct this? PS... any word on an option to control the altitude of AI-controlled aircraft through the gamemaster console?

  12. Anyone else find that the Hand Grenade Throw Type (Shift-H) isn't working correctly in OA/CO? Am I doing something wrong I'm not aware of, because back in A2 I had no problem utilizing the feature, but have yet to get it to work correctly in OA/CO?
  13. Is there any way to control the altitude of an aircraft flown by the AI through the GM console? It would be great if, in addition to the excellent HALO features you've added, we could spawn an MV-22 or something of the like and have it fly high over a drop zone for airborne insertions instead of the default altitude the AI tends to fly at, which is rather low for most jump scenarios. And I just have to say, the new "Land at Point" command has COMPLETELY opened up the ability for infil/extract w/ birds... excellent work!! A question: Is it possible to add another "Land at Point" command where the bird would keep its engines turned on after it landed instead of powering down to even more realistically simulate a drop-off or pick-up?

    NeoArmegddon's Satchel Replacement

    Finally had a chance to try this. Upon dieing and respawning, satchel option disappears from action menu and will not return regardless of player's actions. I tried dropping the old satchels and picking them back up, I tried clearing my inventory and picking up NEW satchels from an ammo crate... none brought back the action menu option.
