Unable to continue coop campaign?

Hello,

Me and my friend are trying to complete the campaign cooperatively now, but we came up with a problem. After completing the mission called "Red Harvest" (3rd or 4th mission or so, the one where you assault the city...) through several scripting bugs which could only be fixed by restarting the mission, we were unable to pick a new mission... The continue button brought us back to the same mission's menu. Does the coop campaign end here or what?

Start red harvest.

press left shift + numpad minus.

now type out "endmission" (sans quotes).

If you're stuck and theres no way out, thats one (albeit brutal) solution.
