spec ops and find evidence

1. how do i get spec ops objectives? i went through all of "razor two" and didnt get any

2. how does it benefit u to find warcrime evidence? i wouldnt mind ingame examples. spoilers are fine.

1.) Im not sure. I didn't get any either.

2.) It helps create support back in the U.S. aka its Propaganda. I think Miles actually says this at some point in the 1st mission. It also might help with international support as well.

It does in that last mission where you have to capture half the island. If there's enough evidence, the Russians will back off and the marines will return to the island to help.
