PBO Mission Files Where are they

I dont think i'll ever use steam again I never had this problem with a regular purchase I can not seem to find the mission files that i download from other servers. All I do find is the empty folders where the files once were even if i alt tab out i only find the folder none of the files someone please help.

I know for a normal ArmA/ArmA2 install the MPCache is located here by default:

C:\Documents and Settings\windowsUserName\Local Settings\Application Data\ArmA 2\MPMissionsCache

(no idea with Steam, though)
