Redfield-77 10 Posted July 12, 2009 I did a quick search and gave up after 4 pages. I got my Arma 2 from D2D. I installed it and it works fine. I was wondering if I can install it on my wifes PC and play LAN using the same game or do I need to purchase another copy of Arma 2 to do this? It will probly not run very well on her PC but it will help me test co-op missions. I know it uses up one of my installs but thats cool as long as it works. nominesine 0 Posted July 12, 2009 With Armed Assault it was possible to fire your own PC up as a dedicated server with the server.exe (or whatever it was called), then start the game normally and join your own server. Thus it was possible to test publicVariables and such with only one computer. It required some tweaking of the server config that I cannot remember, but surely someone else in this forum knows how it was done. I haven't gotten that far with ArmA2. I'm still busy studying sqf-scripting an new commands from the comref.
