p75 10 Posted July 8, 2009 Hi All, Just bought Arma after I bought Arma 2, loving it all the way. In Arma 1 is it possible to create a black and white filter for nv goggles as I'm kinda color blind for green. Is it also possible to make the nv goggles work full screen instead of a circle with black around? Thanks! Great community!!!

wipman 1 Posted July 15, 2009 Hi, the NVGs aside of their colour config, use the same method than a weapon sight, for the black edges of the NVGs, that's a .paa and that's what can be changed to the shape that you want; different edge... some effect on top like dust, sand, water or scratches. The bad FLIR copy is that B&W mode that the Warfare (v1.14) introduced, but as that's a config thing ain't got any idea on where to find it or how it works. bravo 6 0 Posted July 15, 2009 (edited) dude i already told you it is possible with the ppEffect. use these threads, read them because they have your answer. http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=75528 http://forums.bistudio.com/showthread.php?t=74284 edit: Ups, just noticed this was in ArmA1 forum and not in ArmA2. ppEffect only works for ArmA2.
