Change weapon while playing with anyone

I read this things somdwhere but forget,i remember it is done in file ofp/user/saved/weapons but how to do anyone have some idea.

I want to say that when playing a ofp mission we can change our weapon by making change in weapon configuration

In a website it is mention that if we open the weapon config which is in user/saved/miss or cam in that there is player id ,weapon ,slots etc. If we play another mission such as a sniper than pause the game and than go to upper mention path of weapon config copy your only weapon such as weapon id,slots after that when you are playing another mission with another weapon you have to delete your weapon id and slots and paste there which you copy before
