Harri16 0 Posted March 10, 2002 Well just a while ago I was makin' my mission with the editor. I have done it for the whole day and just got the US bases ready and I desided to check them out in the game. Well when I clicked the preview button I got booted to desktop. Well I started the game again and loaded my mission in the editor and clicked the preview button. I got and error message that said: Mission load failed! I started my comp again and I still got the same error! What the heck went wrong? Is there a way to fix it? Please help! I lost a whole days work! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
Mister Frag 0 Posted March 10, 2002 Try looking at the MISSION.SQM file to see if there is anything odd in it, like a non-text section. You can also search for the items that you added just prior to the mission becoming unloadable, and delete them. Beware that when you remove items, you will need to adjust the corresponding items= entry for that class. Another reason for missions being unloadable are missing add-ons.
