KJAM 0 Posted June 28, 2009 So I'm doing the logos for my squad but I'm coming across a problem, I'm using Kegety's PAAplug (1.2) to convert them to PAA files but they don't have the transparancy. This is what I'm saving them as Format: Autodetect (Is this even the right format, there's like 6 other options to choose from) Mipmap filter: Triangle Sharpen Effect: None Mipmap Generation: Generate (Count : 8) Quality (4th notch across) Dithering and Filter Alpha ticked. I originally did it without creating a alpha channel and then creating one (with white over where the image should be and black for the background i want transparant) Yet still no dice, it's still not showing up with a transparant background. SRRViper 10 Posted June 28, 2009 Have you got adobe photoshop?
KJAM 0 Posted June 28, 2009 Yes, otherwise I wouldn't be able to use the plugin would I?
SRRViper 10 Posted June 28, 2009 I was going to try and help you but getting sarcastic answers back has made me decide against it.
KJAM 0 Posted June 28, 2009 Well sorry but what do you expect when you ask me a stupid question like have I got photoshop when I stated that I'm using the plugin and then proceed to list the options I'm getting. Got it sorted now anyway.
SRRViper 10 Posted June 28, 2009 I wouldnt know ive never used kegertys to make paa files. But I would suggest when you come on a forum asking for help you dont make sarcastic comments as you will find very little help of others
KJAM 0 Posted June 28, 2009 Well for a start, it was a rhetorical question and secondly, you asked a stupid question which, if you had any idea of using the plugin (and thus actually be capable of helping me) you wouldn't have asked. Anyway, let's not continue the argument, I've got it sorted.
