High Command how to...

Recommended Posts

Greeting everyone.

Need a tip or explanation please , currently on mission Badlands, made the base started making units, but they automatically get assigned to my group, i dont need that , how is it possible to assign them to different groups and basically make new groups so i can normally command them from High Command.

Asking this as couldnt find answer in manual and met some bugs in missions before such as not possible to call radio transmissions in Manhattan mission, so guessing its a bug or im doing something wrong?

Please guys explain.

Thanks for attention.

P.S. Gone thou the manual 2 times now couldnt find it, but it says that if you want to manage the town , click lmb on its name and there you can manage stuff like defences or supply capabilities , but after left clicking nothing happens.

i have retail english version , patched to 1.02

You can't transfer units to other squads in that mission. You can't create new squads at all as far as I can tell.

The HC interface is very... sparse. I hope it gets some love in patches.

Finally someone, who confirm that you can't create new squads at all. I was searching the answer for some considerable time.

Does anyone knows if some patch, or datadisk fills this missed feature?

@ RWAC

Do not crosspost, you asked this question about squads in another thread already.

Additionally ask yourself how usefull it is to dig up a 3 year old thread.

§10) Do not dig up old threads

Threads older than 4 months should not be dug up unless something significant is being added. If in doubt as to what is "significant", contact a moderator and they will give you their opinion. As always old threads will remain open or be closed at the moderator's discretion. Digging up an old thread simply to ask "any news" is also not acceptable, PM the thread starter or mod leader to ask.

§9) Do not cross-post

Do not post duplicate threads in more than one forum simply to get an answer quicker or to draw more attention to your post.
