Thork 10 Posted June 19, 2009 Hi everyone, I just bought the game and installed it. I use a Emu 404 soundcard because i'm a musician and i never had any problems with it playing any other games. In ArmaII i have no audio at all, no sound in menu, no sound in game, nothing. Why? sickboy 14 Posted June 19, 2009 Please try installing the latest DirectX 9 redist, and try to disable 'surround sound' windows settings (stereo might fix it). http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=2DA43D38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en You could also try the parameter -dsound to the startup of your game.
