NaughtySJ 10 Posted June 18, 2009 PLease could someone help. If i enable multi-gpu mode from the nvidea control panel the game launches but the screen flashes! However when i set it to 'Do not use multi-gpu mode' the game runs fine. I'm not an expert with computers and was wondering if by doing this i'm not getting the most from my 2 gpu's. Or does it not matter? If it does make a difference can any help me as to why this is the only game i own that requires me to disable the multi-GPU mode. FraG_AU 10 Posted June 19, 2009 Try running the following. rename arma to crysis.exe or crysis64.exe (if you have 64bit os). use flags -winxp in the shortcut (if you run win7/vista) See if that helps. Also what driver are you using? Try new 186 driver or 182.5 driver. 185 drivers are rubbish for SLi. Hope it helps, maybe patch will fix some of these issues for us. eble 3 Posted June 19, 2009 I have a 9800gx2 as well, I had to do the following to get the Sli working and great FPS :) First thing you need to do is rename the arma2.exe to Crysis.exe also change the shortcut to the same. Open the Nvidia performance control panel and 'add' Crysis.exe from the arma2 directory. at first for testing use the all the default settings, but set it to multi GPU. That should work.
