Jeezus, i just updated to 1.08 European DVD and boom this happens. i have the original cd, but i lost it, so it might be a case of using the wrong crack

Pentium 4 3.06 Ghz HT

2GB RAM

Radeon X1300XT (overclocked through Catalyst)

Onboard sound card Realtek

wow first post and you say the banned word.... Anyways do your self a favor and continue to patch up to 1.14 and get the 1.16beta. Then we can talk about your texture issue Oh and the 1.14 doesn't need the CD in.....

I'm waiting for the mods to have a peek at this post and if they ok it, I know of a possible solution to your issue.

You may have to post your original bought CD key for varification to a mod, but I'm sure they will advise you as to what to do in that area once they see this post and give you directions if any. (@mods hope I havn't overstepped the mark there.)
