Starting to doubt this game is worth $1,200.00

That’s what it would cost me to build a system to run it.

After reading some reviews, players comments, watching some videos and playing ArmA1 through the ACE mod I’m starting to have my doubts this game right now is worth the complete build of a new system. Don’t really need a new system as all the games I’m running now work just fine on what I’ve got.

I don’t have a decent enough connection to play online very much so the SP and playing around in the editor is what intrigued me. All the hype about the AI being far superior to the AI in ArmA1 seems dubious. Some improvements it seems, yes but far superior?

Any rebuttals from someone that has actually played against the AI appreciated.
