Hotk3y 10 Posted May 29, 2009 I'm using the right mouse buttin in every 3D Game to shoot. This does not work in Arma2. It works with single-shot weapons, but as soon as you use weapons which can be fired continously (MG for example) nothing happens when pressing the right mouse button. I could provide my current config if desired. If disable any other appearance of the right mouse button, but nothing helps. Currently i have to use another key for shooting in case i'm using such weapons. Hopefully this bug gets fixed soon. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
sidhellfire 0 Posted May 30, 2009 btw. what mouse do you use? If it's Logitech, you can bind a second mouse button for a keyboard press, and then use it ingame. It's not a fix, but should be good workaround. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

EDcase 87 Posted May 30, 2009 Hmmm, I've never heard of anyone using the right mouse button to fire. By default ArmA is set to hold breath/zoom when holding down the right button so see if you can change that to something else... Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Hotk3y 10 Posted June 1, 2009 In addition to this bug i discovered, that you can not build a building (e.g.) n CTI if "Shooting" is not assigned to the primary Mouse Button. In the description (lower right) does the assigned key appear, but if you click it nothing happens. Systems 10 Posted September 23, 2009 I've just installed patch 1.04 and the bug is still there. I'm left handed and like the OP use RMB to fire (as I do in all FPS games). I can't fire full auto weapons with the RMB but I can fire single shot weapons. I've unbound all functions using RMB. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

I have always used Right mouse to walk since Ghostrecon, All was working fine then Hard drive crashed after reloading OS then game It will not work But have an OCZ mouse so just during gaming set w to right mouse but then I can't move on map well.
