startup is wrong

Processor: AMD Phenom 9350e Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs), ~2.0GHz

Memory: 4094MB RAM

Hard Drive: 626 GB

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce 9500 GS

Monitor: Generic PnP Monitor

Sound Card: Realtek Digital Output (Realtek High Definition Audio)

Keyboard: USB Root Hub

Considering the pc specs in both cases, it looks like pre 1.12 is loading.

Sad part, it's so dark, you can't see your in game version?

Nope - Theres no way to tell which version number is being shown - unreadable.

The 4Gb of Memory is your problem... You should install the 1.14 Patch and maybe the new 1.16 Beta Patch and you will see a working ArmA.

This issue was fixed after 1.12, so just install the patches and enjoy. This problem was discussed here many times...

Try launching from the actual game folder with the 1.16 beta.exe.

That is what i did a fresh installation with the 1.14 patch and the 1.16 patch.

That did not work unfortunately.

I just take a look into your problem Topic... The Link you postet to the screenshot is not working (again? You said you fixed it.). It says something about a incorrect sharing code.

My solution was for Solid_S and should work fine for him.

@Solid_S

The Patch 1.14 should help with your problem. If you want to check this first, just remove a little bit of RAM so you get below 3Gb of memory.
