Ok,found them.How in the hell did you get rid of that f***ing strobe effect?

Seems ArmA2 provides best results now that i tried it, on 4870x2 - flashing on start is gone...

Renaming it to arma2.exe

make sure you have Vsync enabled. CF will strobe hard (sli too) with out it. Edited by kklownboy

Well,after more testing it appears that i have terrible white strobing WITH v-sync!And it doesn't stop until i activate GDTmodHdr.:eek:

Yep,but then i can't use both gpu's due to light "strobing" effect that doesn't go away.

Set your HDR to 8 or 16. My Strobe is all gone... with 1.16b, arma2exe, Vista64. Even when i had strobeing, it would settle down fast, or i would have to reset the renderer by changing a ingame setting like AA. Also it can strobe at certain times of day (morning, sunset) with certain shadows (north island treeleaves ) It is a HDR issue, and a Vsync issue. My friends with 295's and SLI have the same issue, and Vsync, V64 is the fix.

Well,this time i'm talking about lighting pumping up and down.Hard to explain,fraps doesn't capture it.It's not as bad as strobing(white flashing) but annoying anyway,hdrprecision doesn't help.
