JuggernautOfWar 1 Posted April 2, 2009 I'm having issues using VoIP in ArmA. I can hear other people but I cannot broadcast my voice at all. My default recording device is microphone but it still fails. My mic works great in ANY other voice program I've ever used.
JuggernautOfWar 1 Posted April 4, 2009 Does anybody have any ideas?
Yoma 0 Posted April 4, 2009 I think you might need to check your firewall settings (both software and potentially hardware). Maybe you are blocking GamePort + 3 (e.g. UDP 2305 outgoing)? Also check the volume on your microphone (but i guess you did that allready). Can you talk in TeamSpeak? Finally do check your "radio" sound settings ingame, drag the bar all the way right for testing. If you "talk" ingame, do you see your name at the bottom left of the screen? If not you may be pressing the wrong button. What soundcard are you using? If you have multiple cards installed, (e.g. onboard + pci card) try disabling the onboard card in your bios.
