I want to play Deathmach (not a stupid Team Deathmatch), how can I do that?

Maybe exists some servers?

(I did not found in the game...).

There are more DM mission than TDM (I remember only one TDM mission).

When you browse servers look at the column type - there look for "DM".

btw: TDM is more stupid than DM? - interesting...

Filter your search by gametype, you'll normally find there is only one or two public DM Matches up at anyone time though. Better to join a community and play prearranged matches TBH.

I searching, but found only hand made by other players and not at all time...

When I buy the ArmA game, i think that all mp maps (standard pack inside the game) will be present by native Bohemia server at all time.

I found only one mp dm map inside the game, it's a "mp16deathmatch.sara.pbo".

But if i want to play it with other gamers, i need to create server or wait then some gamer will deign create.

PS. One against all? Maybe it's not right? Ah?

There are many community made DM's out already, you just have to find them

Try the C5 server number 1.  They occasionally run DMs when there are not enough players for other adversarial style missions.  However, the times that they are most active might not be convenient for you if you are in Europe.
