Arma not working and patches not downloading

I just got a Geforce 9500 for Christmas. All my specs are good to run arma, its just that I guess 1.06 won't support it. It does this. (More below the pic)

My drivers ARE Up to date and I did try to reinstall the game! And heres the funny thing, I got 1.15...But 1.08 and 1.14 WILL NOT DOWNLOAD! They keep getting stuck! I ALMOST had 1.08, but it got stuck on 99%! I've tried tons of servers, not one of them completes it. What could be the problem with the game and how do I fix it?

There were different publisher versions. Idea (Cz), Metaboli (Ger), 505 Games (EU), Atari (US), SprocketIdea (download), and also ArmA Gold edition is different. I think that the Idea, Metaboli, and 505 Games are essentially the same thing. Anyways, depending on the publisher of the game, you may need to apply different updates tailored for that version. The different updates are explained in the link Q kindly provided.

Well, I'm US and thats what I got, 1.08 didn't work. As I type this 1.14 is in the 70% area, so if that doesn't work...What will?

Since without installing any patches you have version 1.06, that means you have the US/Atari version. Your game is installed under

C:\Program Files\Atari\ArmA, correct?

First, you must download v1.08. You have to install this first in order to install v1.14. Once v1.14 is installed, you will be able to install v1.15. Trying to install them in a different order could screw up your ArmA installation or the patches may be programed to not let you do it.
