Wobble 1 Posted March 7, 2002 pete you can rant and piss and moan all you want.. but every fucking human rights group that has been over there has said that everything is being done ok and in accordance with the convention.. in fact when was the last time the US did overtly break it? as for the POW status.. for taleben.. yes.. because they are/were part of an army.. for al-queda NO they are part of a terrorist organization.. hence criminals.. NOW is the problem.. if you actually watch and read about whats going on at capm x-ray insted of ranting about what you *think* is going on you will realize that the people being kept refuse to admit/clarify who they are like they said a few weeks ago.. they had interviewed/interroagated many many of them 4 times or more and each time the same person gave 4 different names and completely different info.. so the prisoners wont even say who they are much less if they are al-queda or Taleban.. so they are all treated as al-queda.. makes sense to me..
