Joystick controls don't work properly anymore

I've got two buttons on my joystick that i've set to go "up" and "down" with a chopper. This worked great until I applied 1.45. Now, the two buttons only work to turn on the engine, and to get up i have to go to my keyboard and use the keyboard controls, and that does it totally impossible to lock a target with the mouse when u've got one hand on the keyboard and one hand on the joystick. This prob screws the gameplay up, so PLZ BIS fix this bug along with the other land bug fast

What kind of joystick do you have?

the suckiest of the suckies, but the all the buttons worked fine until 1.45, where they work fine to something but with other things they just won't work
