help to ID source of this problem

I would like to know what addon / settings change / something usercaused results into this bug with sea texture

i repeat it's not driver/visual settings (shading/aa/shadows/details etc in ArmA gui options)

pretty sure someone already replied on this forum what it is ... but i can't find that post anymore
