texture trouble

hello,

i got some trouble with the urban texture on my island:

as you can see, it's not straight as it should be crazy_o.gif

how can i fix this?

Which program are you using for island creation?

I once had the same problem, but I was using WrpEdit back then.

I also don't remember how I fixed the problem; it was either by reapplying the texture to the cell, or I fiddled with the options for that cell (like roadway or such...)

Hi there!

Does anyone now have a clue, what causes such crippled textures and how to get rid of this?

The base-texture (beton) for the rwy-texture showes up correctly. All other texture tiles around the runway tiles are also displayed in correct shape. All of them are in paa-format and named in the letter code of Malden-surfaces.

Never had this disformed display of textures before. I reapplied the textures, but it didnt help. I also using wrp-editor.

Is the terrain underneath completely flat?

Yes, it is. I replaced the rwy-textures by other ones, but it dont helped. All elevation points around and inclusive the runway are at default hight of 32,2. Also changing them with elevation tool to 32 as a test dont resolved the problem. I dont know, what this can be! The old BIS-Runway textures didnt have this kind of crippled visibility. If nothing works, I will make a field-runway with surfacebehaviour of an runway, to let aircrafts start correctly till a solution is found.
