Error, not sure what it exactly is

Alright, I'm still not sure why this error is coming up, it never has before and just now started. Here is a pic

My PC Specs

OS : Windows XP Pro SP2

Processor : AMD Athlon X2 Black Edition 5000+ Dual Core 2.6GHZ

Video Card : NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT w/ 512 MB RAM

RAM : 1GB

there is a command to use here i think maxmem not sure of the exact way search it mabe or check the Wiki site

It happens on both 1.12 Beta and 1.08

I guess that the problem was also related to slx and hifi
