zwobot 22 Posted April 30, 2008 For the past 2 weeks or so Ofp Watch does not work correctly. Neither the server status nor the players on it are shown and connecting to the server/launching Ofp does not work, too. I know from some other people who have similar problems with Ofp Watch, so I think problems on the client side can most likely be ruled out. Who of you has similiar problems and has a suggestion to fix the problem?
zulu1 145 Posted May 1, 2008 Not every server is up 100% of the time. Since you didn't post a server name or IP we don't know which one you are watching. Try this site and see if it shoulds sever is active. http://stats.swec.se/ofp/servers.php

I was primarily talking about the CiA coop night server (ofp.ciahome.net:2302). It is running virtually all of the time, in any case during the coop nights on Wednesdays and Sundays of course; that's the time when I use Ofp Watch the most. Another server in my Ofp Watch server list is Ewe Fdf.

So you have no troubles seeing the CiA server status and players on it in Ofp Watch? I have no clue why it won't work anymore for me. I've installed Hamachi 2 or 3 weeks ago, maybe this is what is causing trouble?

I've installed Hamachi 2 or 3 weeks ago, maybe this is what is causing trouble? I just logged on now using OFP watch. The GameSpy network really varies with the number of servers connected. If you look at the mutiplayer screen and at one time you may see very few and you could see many...many servers connected at another time. One problem you may have is a bad IP entered in your watch config. This is what it should be: ofp.ciahome.net Like I said before, look for the server to be up primarily on Wensdays and Sundays....current date Wed. 5/21 @ 8.18pm pst. zwobot 22 Posted May 25, 2008 I solved my problem with Ofp Watch. I found out that I had the SPI mode of my router enabled what prevented Ofp Watch from working correclty
