Problems with Downloading of OpenAL1.1

Hi i don't no why, and i already have email contact with Creative Support, but i can't access "developer.creative.com" where you can download OpenAl1.1 for Windows.

Can someone please download it for me and upload it somewhere (free file hoster, own webspace, etc?).

Thanks very much.... on the OpenAL homepage it still says version 1.1
