Toggle zoom out doesn't work on vehicles

Is it default for the toggle zoom out to not work on vehicles or is it just me? It works great on infantry, but I can't get it to stick on vehicles, I've only tested air vehicles though.

Also, is anybody else having a hard time clicking on the tabs in the notepad? I have to move my mouse two squares up and one left, instead of clicking directly on the tab.

The notepad being unclickable is since the beta patches(1.09b, 1.11b, 1.12b), the zoom out toggle in vehicle never worked for me.

Same problem here... Was working in 1.14 but in 1.16 beta seems to be broken.
