suma 8 Posted March 7, 2008 The same as with any looping textyres - it takes a lot of care to avoid the looping texture to appear like this. You might try to apply a low-frequency or high-frequency filter at it and experiment with results. Or, if you want the texture to be not there, just use a small texture with a single color 0.5,0.5,0.5 everywhere. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

phaeden 0 Posted March 8, 2008 You will get it to some degree no matter what you do (at least nothing I have found makes much difference). What I have done that does work is to make sure you differentiate the terrain texture type. For my island, I selected different colors or the terrain (sat mask) and then altered those as different texture types. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
